As Sales Operations Manager, you enjoy the challenge to ensure AFPRO's already impressive growth continues in the years to come, by making sure the sales team is able to continuously function optimally.

• Supporting SOM within our largest Business Unit to develop and strengthen the commercial proactivity of both Inside & Outside sales,
• Initiating the discovery and adoption of tools that will streamline the sales process,
• Analyzing sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization,
• Compiling and producing sales reports as needed,
• Facilitating to performs root cause analysis process regarding case management,
• Helping to create and implement strategic business plan for all sales operations development initiatives,
• Creating / improving tools or applications to facilitate the collection of business analysis & KPI monitoring,
• Maintaining up‐to‐date knowledge of the current CRM program and works with the sales team to keep information current.

What do we ask?

• Min. Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering schools,
• 2-4 years in a similar position or roles with a high analytical component,
• Strong analytical skills,
• You have strong problem solving abilities and are able to identify and resolve issues related to data, processes, or systems,
• Fluent in English is a must,
• Knowledge of Dutch, French or German is a plus,
• Ability to travel occasionally,
• Mastery of Office (Word & Excel).
